Tony spent years in business development, including time at 24 Hour Fitness and Solar City/Tesla. Jen trained in fashion merchandising in New York, then built her own jewelry brand and led a yoga brand on the side.
Together we started LUVITA Foods, a meal-prep business, out of our own kitchen. We grew it into a business with its own commercial kitchen and restaurant space.
That's when we decided to do it differently. We moved to Sayulita, Mexico, and kept building — this time on our own terms, as digital nomads.
